Heather, the founder of Bloomin’ Heather is an American who moved to Ireland out of her deep love for the country’s stunning landscapes, rich culture, and vibrant history. With an insatiable curiosity and a heart that’s always exploring, Heather views Ireland through the eyes of a perpetual traveller. Though she now calls Ireland home, she always feels like a tourist—constantly discovering new places, learning a cúpla focal as Gaeilge (couple of words in Irish), and diving into the hidden stories of the land. This unique perspective allows Heather to offer truly authentic travel experiences, blending the in-depth knowledge of a local with the fresh perspective of a constant explorer. Through her company, Heather invites others to share in her love for Ireland and uncover the magic of the country she now calls home.

Chris Nelson joins Bloomin’ Heather to support clients looking to explore their expatriation options. After moving to Ireland in 2022 and starting a successful business, he is well positioned to help others explore all elements of moving to the Emerald Isle. Chris can advise on moving possessions overseas, buying property, work visa options, business registration and start-up, insurance (car, health, property and business), taxation (personal and corporate), vehicles and licensing, schools, banking (personal, business and foreign exchange), pensions (retirement), community engagement and much more.
